Bad milk pan, (What's this?) The stainless steel got stained after boiling milk. Really tried to clean it, but it was impossible...
Love it!, (What's this?) Very solid and quite well made. It's very handy and doesn't take up much room.
Handiest pot in my drawer, I have been using this pot for over a year. Friends who visit have been so impressed that I end up sending it home with them and having to order more. Be sure to dry it out after every use to keep it looking bright and clean.
What a handy pot! Does a bunch of things!, (What's this?) I originally got this so I could make a big Turkish Coffee every morning, and that's all I did with it for weeks, and it is excellent at that, keeping the boil/foam in, making enough for a big drink and a snap to clean with just a nylon scrubbie and dishsoap in a moment. It heats quickly, looks great after dozens and dozens of uses and works great for the purpose.

HOWEVER, I've also used it to do reductions, melt butter, cheese, reheat gravy, quickly make hot tea, blanch grape tomatoes, and a bunch of other little things that you'd normally use a small or medium saucier to do. The base on this is heavy: it heats evenly... across the flat bottom. Keep the flame within the diameter of the disc... which is good. You won't use as much energy and your water/sauce/gravy, whatever, will boil!

The only warning I would offer is a handling one and a cleaning one. The handle does get hot, because the pot is not very wide, so heat rising up the side heats the extra heavy gauge wire handle. Use a mitt or potholder. Also, NEVER EVER USE STEEL WOOL OR ABRASIVE POWDER on the inside: the reason is that the measurements are lightly etched, not deep etched, on the inside. You could wipe them away in a few cleanings if you're not careful. Soak for ten minutes, use a nylon scrubby if needed for burnt milk or chocolate, and you're good to go.
Norpro Krona Stainless Steel 8 Cup Multi Pot, (What's this?) The Norpro Krona Stainless Steel 8 Cup Multi Pot is a wonderful size and fits inside the 12-cup Multi Pot which I also own. The measuring lines inside the pot can be very helpful and save having to wash another measuring device.

I found a see-through lid which fits it perfectly for when a lid is needed.
you don't know how much you love something til it is gone!, (What's this?) this is the second one i have had of this item...the first one i had for a few years...i used it every day...basically, i used it for water, but periodically it was called into service for things like oatmeal or soups...i loved the size, the ease of cleaning it, although how dirty can it get from boiling water...i loved that the handle never got hot...this item was called to duty several times during the day and it always sat on top of the stove...i loved that i could see from the inside how much liquid i was pouring into it...

one day, i was cooking the water for tea...i went into the bedroom to look something up on the computer and somehow, i got involved with my computer...i totally forgot about the water on the stove...about twenty minutes later, i returned to the kitchen and an awful smell, only to find that my water was gone and the bottom of the pan was black inside and out...i scrubbed and scrubbed, but most of the black would not come off...i then tried to boil water again in it only to find that it sat and rocked on the burner because i had warped the bottom of it...i tried to use some different pots, but i found that i missed the measurements on the inside and the ease of the handle that stayed cool for pouring and after about 5 days, i searched the computer for another one, which i found on amazon and we are now living happily ever after together...now, when i am boiling a cup or 2 of water in it, i hang around in the kitchen until it is done...

so, thankfully, my story ended well... purchasing this item on amazon was great...it arrived in a few days...i have always had good luck purchasing on amazon and delivery has always been speedy...my first pot has now been relegated to watering a plant or two and will probably end up as a plant holder or be relegated to my grandchildren's sandbox, but the problem was with me, not with it...i guess it would be great if it had a loud whistle that could be heard all around the house, that would go off when someone left the room and forgot about it...i bet i am not the first person that has done this...hope you don't make the same mistake....
multi pot, (What's this?) this was a replacement for my friend's (that i de-lammed...:(...price was really good and they came quickly enough, i selected prime for this time period. lovely little pots btw. i am cat-sitting caretaking and subletting, and i take with for heating water.

The perfect pot!, (What's this?) This has become my favourite pot for brewing up a batch of Masala Chai (Spiced Tea). I cannot recommend this pan enough.

The Norpro multi-pot is very versatile--it won't easily damage when challenged by extremes of temperature and use. Employ it as you would a liquid measuring device, then warm your milk or sauce directly on the burner, and finally, use it as a serving device. Deep enough to measure and mix most batters, this multi-pot contains a nifty pouring spout to make pouring easier and is made of Krona stainless steel, which won't chip or dent.

Works as advertised, (What's this?) After reviewing a number of electric fryers online, very few of the reviewers felt that the fryer they had purchased performed as advertised and if it did, many broke only after a few uses. Unwilling to pay a lot of money for an underperforming product, I decided to purchase this stainless steel stove deep fryer. I don't fry food often and for those rare occasions when I have a taste for fried chicken or shrimp, this stove top fryer works very well. The pot and the basket are consturcted of the same quality as you might find in highly rated cookware. I do have to use a screen cover to minimize the grease splatter on to stove and need an external thermometer to check the temperature of the oil but other than that I am quite pleased. Value for the money spent.
Great for the price, (What's this?) Stainless pot, chrome-plated basket. I like the basket design with the integrated handle. The whole thing folds up so the lid can be placed over basket, handle, and all for storage. Looks well made in general.

Two quarts of oil is almost too much without it bubbling over when submerging the basket with 1.5lbs of fries. With 2qts of oil the level just reaches the bottom of the basket in the raised position.
Received with Dents, (What's this?) This is a nice product. Unfortunately it came dented, both from the inside out and outside in. Amazon usually treats customers pretty well, but does not offer an exchange unless they ship the wrong item. "Why is a replacement not an option? We only offer replacements if the return is the result of our error." So, if you get a damaged product you are screwed.
Works Great!, (What's this?) I got this for a friend who goes through the electric deep fryers like toilet paper. He loves this deep fryer. I holds just the right amount of food. It does not take up any precious counter space. And it works perfectly.
Does What It's Suppose To, (What's this?) Not too much to say here. I bought this to make french fries, onion rings, etc. It stayed nice and hot once the oil was up to temperature and the basket handle didn't get too hot when the food was ready to comeout.

Don't buy this, (What's this?) Don't buy this pot. I only use wooden spoons on this pot and never put it in the dishwasher. I only wash it with mild soap and a sponge. I have so many scratches on the bottom of this pan you would not believe it. I would not recommend this to anyone.
racheal ray 8 quart oval pot, (What's this?) The racheal ray 8 quart "hot tub" arrived and my daughter couldn't wait to use it. I have one and bought it for her because she works full time,has a 14 month old baby and goes to school and this pan does just about any kind of dinner guickly. I love this pot!, (What's this?) This pot is wonderful! Just the right size for lasagna and spaghetti noodles to cook whole without breaking them. And it's big enough to cook a casserole in. Plus Rachael Ray puts these wonderful padded handles on her cookware, which eliminates the need to go hunting for a pot holder when you want to move the pot.
Absolutely Love It., (What's this?) I received the Rachael Ray 8-Quart Oval Pasta Pot as a gift from my wife last Christmas. My daughter and daughter-in-law saw it at that time and both said that they would love to have one. I have since given my daughter one for her birthday and recently purchased another (both from Amazon) for my daughter-in-law's upcoming birthday. As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of pasta and use the pot often. After using the pot for 8 months I have no complaints about it.
Oval size works great for us, useful pan, (What's this?) We had seen Rachel Ray using this (and the more frying-pan like size one) on her show. We really wanted one of these because they are very useful for pasta dishes, as well as larger soups and the like. It has worked great for us. We didn't get the frying-pan like one because as it appears with the reviews - it may not heat that evenly. We haven't had that problem much with this pot though.

We already had a set of her other cookware, and so this looks just like them and fits perfectly with our other items.

Rachael Ray 6-quart 'spaghetti' cooker, (What's this?) Received a a (requested) Christmas gift. It's larger than I thought, which makes it usable for more than just spaghetti. Love the fact that I can also use it in the oven - silicone handles. It's a perfect addition to my kitchen.

Great Cookware, (What's this?) I added this pot to my collection that I received for my wedding. It is great cookware for everyday cooking. Even heat. Cleans easily. My only complaint would be that the cover handle isn't heatproof like the other sizes in the classic series. Need to remember to use potholder.

little thin, It is a ok pot for make food lots of water in it. I think it is little thin, so the bottom easy to burn. but the price was right.
Poor quality, (What's this?) I researched stock pots for a while, and based on the reviews here decided on this Farberware stock pot. After using it one time to make stock, I noticed that the top layer of the inside bottom of the pan was spotty. On closer inspection it appeared that the surface metal had come off in patches (into my stock!). I returned this pan and ordered a replacement.

Best non-stick skillet., (What's this?) I have owned several non-stick skillets and frying pans previously, but none of them came close to the quality of this ceramic marble coated non-stick cast aluminium pan. After using it for a couple of weeks I returned to Amazon.com and bought the pot version of the pan made by the same Korean manufacturer. I have seen the "As Seen on the TV" ceramic skillets but they are not made with the same layers of materials that make this skillet tough, truly non-stick, and a breeze to clean. Also, I prefer to buy from Amazon.com because you know exactly how much the item costs, including shipping charge, and the purchase is protected by Amazon.com, should something go wrong.
